However, in a recent development, it has been revealed that the name was never officially approved for use. Yes, you read that right! The makers of Ghooskhor Pandat were never granted permission to use the title by film bodies. Ghooskhor Pandat Title NOT Granted By Producers' AssociationsThe Film Makers Combine (FMC) has sent a letter to the team behind the OTT film, warning them against using the name. The letter claims the makers did
not get approval from the Producers’ Association to use the name. FMC has warned them not to use the title illegally."We wish to bring in your kind notice that you are releasing a film 'Ghooskhor Pandať produced by Mr Neeraj Pandey of Friday Story Tellers LLP on your esteemed channel Netflix. The title of the film 'Ghooskhor Pandať has not been applied or granted by any of the Producers' Associations. The unauthorized use of the title is illegal as per the rules and regulations of Film Makers Combine. We have already sent a letter to the producers for the illegal use of the title by them," the body wrote.They requested the makers to "restrain using the title for the film."
