Akshaye, who reportedly lives in his Alibaug property most of the time, performed a Vastu Shanti hawan at his residence recently. A priest named Shivam Mhatre shared the video on Instagram. He wrote in Marathi, “I had the fortune of performing a traditional and devotional puja at actor Akshaye Khanna’s residence. In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Danish Pandor, who plays Akshaye’s cousin in Dhurandhar, revealed, “Akshaye Khanna, as a person, is very reserved. He comes to the set, meets you and greets you with a hug, and then he stays in his own space. When the cameras roll, he is a different person altogether. He knows the ins and outs of every scene that what exactly needs to be done and avoids all the unnecessary distractions which are there on the set.”He further added, “There is something very inspiring about Akshaye sir that every actor should learn. Getting into the zone, keeping it to yourself. Just perform and give your 100% every time. He is very sharp as an actor, and he quietly observes everyone.”After Dhurandhar, Akshaye’s next film is Mahakali in 2026.
