He announced that he would be dropping the first look of Taarak as a demigod from their much-anticipated film NTR-Neel. The Tiger Nation had since been waiting with bated breath for the glimpse. Amid excitement and emotions, it finally arrived on Tuesday, before the promised time. Jr NTR has been introduced as a demigod, and fans just cannot keep calm. The poster hints at his intriguing character and gives a glimpse into the world of #NTRNeel.

NTR-Neel FIRST Glimpse Out

The poster shows Jr NTR’s intense look from the upcoming film. He is seen in a fierce, never-seen-before avatar. Taarak plays Luger, Assassin in Chief of the Afghan Trading Company. Meanwhile, Anil Kapoor essays the role of Raghuveer Rathod, Chief of Narcotics Bureau of India.The story is set in 1967 and revolves around the Golden Triangle and the opium trade. It explores the intense clashes between the Afghan Trading Company and the Golden Trading Company, while also introducing the powerful villains of the ATC.

Being touted as a "nationwide destruction protocol," the first glimpse did exactly that. It set the internet ablaze in no time. Fans simply couldn't stop gushing over it. "Prashanth Neel is back with another blockbuster story," wrote a user. Another commented, "Prashanth Neel strikes again with another banger, this time with Jr NTR." The movie failed to impress his fans in South, who are now gearing up for the big comeback of the RRR star.

Earlier known as NTR-Neel, Dragon has been written and directed by KGF filmmaker Prashanth Neel.The film also stars Anil Kapoor, Biju Menon, Rukmini Vasanth, Khushbu Sundar and Guru Somasundaram. Rajeev Kanakala, Ashutosh Rana, Anshuman Pushkar, Sidhant Gupta, Prabhas Srinu, Shatru, Shiva, Bhimal Jeet Oberoi, Ntuthuzelo Prince Grootboom, Aleksandr Mizev and Benedict Paul Garrett are also part of the project.

Ravi Basrur has composed the music of the pan-India film, which is being backed by Mythri Movie Makers and NTR Arts.Dragon will release in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam. The makers are yet to announce the official date, but reports claim that they're eyeing a June 2027 release.
