“I’ve built a life here in India, made memories, and now I’m building a home here once again. Performing a Griha Pooja was my way of inviting peace, gratitude, abundance, and good energy into my new home in Mumbai from day one. India has given me so much love, purpose, and belonging over the years, and incorporating these traditions into my life feels incredibly natural now. In this moment, I just feel incredibly grateful for my journey, for the beautiful people in India who have embraced me like family, and for building a home rooted in positivity and culture. I’m excited for everything this new beginning brings" shared Lauren.

Lauren speaks about owning a house in Mumbai
While talking to
ETimes, Lauren mentioned about her long distance marriage and decision of buying a house as she said, "When I spoke to Tobias about wanting to buy a home in Mumbai he was instantly supportive. Even with the distance between us, we are connected and always cheering each other. It just felt like the right time to put down roots here. It was a funny coincidence, the day I got the keys to my home in Mumbai, Tobias got the keys to our new house in London. He's been busy with his VFX work, but once he gets a break, he'll finally experience India for the very first time." She also spoke about the new developments and updates of the house saying, "The interiors aren't done yet but it was important for me to begin with a griha pravesh puja. Now I am working with a designer to craft a space that truly reflects who I am. So I'm intentionally bringing colours back to my life through the dates I am creating. It'll have rich tones, layered textures, art, plants, everything that feels alive."Stay tuned for more updates!
