Fans can look forward to witnessing their chemistry on stage on December 30, months ahead of their much-anticipated K-drama. The event is said to be their first official public appearance together since the announcement of their collaboration.

21st Century Grand Prince's Wife is the upcoming South Korean television series written by Yoo Ah-in, directed by Park Joon-hwa (ko), and starring IU, Byeon Woo-seok, Noh Sang-hyun, and Gong Seung-yeon. The series unfolds when the second daughter of a chaebol family enter a contract marriage with the second son of the King. It is scheduled to premiere on MBC TV in the first half of 2026, and will air every Friday and Saturday. It will also be available for streaming on Disney+. While IU will take up the role of the wealthy heiress, Seong Hee Joo, Byeon Woo-seok will be Lee Wan, the prince with royal blood but no power. IU was last seen in the Netflix original series When Life Gives You Tangerines, while Byeon Woo Seok returns following the massive success of his much-loved drama Lovely Runner.
