Ram Charan Calls Bhopal 'Bihar' In Hilarious Goof Up At Peddi Event; Netizens React

The promotions of Buchi Babu Sana’s next film, Peddi, reached Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, India, on Saturday. Ram Charan, Janhvi Kapoor and AR Rahman attended the audio launch of the Telugu sports drama. During the event, the Tollywood heartthrob had a couple of oops moments on stage. Unknowingly, Ram Charan made two blunders that went viral on the internet. Social media users had a nice laugh watching the hilarious goof-ups. One of the blunders left the internet laughing and amused at his general knowledge. The clip has flooded social media.

Ram Charan goofs up between Bhopal and Bihar

In the viral video, Ram Charan accidentally said Bihar instead of Bhopal. Talking to the crowd in Hindi, the actor asked for their support as they were about to unveil another song from the upcoming movie. The host managed it well and mentioned being in Madhya Pradesh for the event.

Reacting to the video, one netizen wrote, “Good! he is avenging the centuries old "madrasi" thing.” Another comment read, “They are entertainers for a reason” One X user commented, “Bro skipped geography class AND sports day. mapping MP to Bihar and putting Bumrah on a football pitch is an Olympic-level reach. At the Bhopal event itself, Ram Charan first called Jasprit Bumrah a "footballer" 😭And then he started calling MP people "Biharis"😹😹Not just once, he said it 3-4 times.

Ram Charan calls Jasprit Bumrah 'footballer'

The other goof-up was calling Indian cricketer Jasprit Bumrah a ‘footballer’. Soon after the event, Ram Charan corrected his blunder and tweeted, “Uff… I’m genuinely so forgetful with names sometimes. Apologies to @Jaspritbumrah93 Ji for the mix-up - it was a genuine human error in the middle of all the excitement and the crowd. I truly respect you and I am a huge fan of your game. You make every Indian feel proud when you consistently put batsmen on back foot.”
