Raashii Khanna Says Working With Pawan Kalyan Has Always Been A Dream

Khanna, who was last seen in the Bollywood film 120 Bahadur, will soon return of Telugu cinema, in what she recently described as a significant collaboration of her career which is Ustaad Bhagat Singh, her film with Telugu film superstar Pawan Kalyan.

Raashii Khanna On Working With Pawan Kalyan In Ustaad Bhagat Singh: Signed Without Reading Script

Talking to Indian Today, Raashii Khanna said "Its the first film that I signed without reading the script". She said she has been dreaming to work with Pawan Kalyan since the beginning of her career, “Since the beginning of my career, I was like, this is one person I want to work with."Speaking about the film she said “It’s a full commercial film. There’s a song, there’s glamour you can’t expect acting too much there because it’s just the looks and the genre does it by itself.” She also went on to say that she is unsure about the film's release date, and hopes it releases in the beginning of 2026.

In a previous interview, Raashii said she always wanted to share screen space with Pawan Kalyan garu, and when Harish Shankar offered me her Ustaad Bhagat Singh, she immediately agreed without even hearing the script, as she was thrilled to receive the offer. She said "Pawan Kalyan garu is truly powerful, and he always thinks about the common people. He’s a complete human being."

When Will Ustaad Bhagat Singh Release?

Y Ravi Shankar, one of the producers of Mythri Movie Makers banner, recently gave a major update on the much-anticipated Pawan Kalyan starrer Ustaad Bhagat Singh. He said that the long-in-making film is all set to hit theaters in April next year.Ustaad Bhagat Singh, which was announced almost 3 years ago, is directed by Harish Shankar. The film stars Raashii Khanna and Sreeleela as the female leads.
