Actress Priyanka Chopra's mother, Madhu, recently went down memory lane and shared a throwback picture of herself with Priyanka Chopra’s late father, Dr Ashok Chopra, both seen in their uniforms while
serving in the Indian Army. The post came ahead of Madhu celebrating Army Day 2026 on January 15. She expressed, 'Forever proud to have served, and forever grateful to the armed forces.' As of Priyanka, she is set to return to the action genre in a striking new avatar with The Bluff, and the recently released trailer has already left audiences talking.

Taking to her Instagram handle, Madhu Chopra has recalled the time when she, along with her late husband, served as doctors in the Indian army. She wrote, "A quiet throwback to a life of service. Dr. Ashok and I, in uniform—serving as doctors in the Indian Army, caring for our people while living the discipline and duty of military life. These years shaped our family, our values, and the way we raised Priyanka and Siddharth.
