On October 30, during one of the promotional press conferences of Dear X in Seoul, the team spoke on several things regarding making the thriller-drama. Director Lee Eung-Bok also attended the event. According to Allkpop, Kim Yoo-Jung and Kim Do-Hoon address the elephant in the room. Yoo-Jung said, "Right after the articles were published, I called Kim Do Hoon. We spent about three minutes laughing nonstop as soon as we spoke. I even laughed a lot while talking with the director. From our perspective, this shows how much attention people are giving us, and I hope the project does well."How dating speculation surfaced
In September, a photo surfaced on social media showing Do-Hoon with a woman who many presumed to be Yoo-Jung. The woman was wearing a mask and carrying a green bag atop her suitcase, making her identity unclear. Many got reminded that her shorts, a tank top layered with a shirt resembled a social media post Yoo-Jung shared in June. This led to users to be sure that it was her. A netizen further claimed to have seen Do-Hoon on a Vietnam Airlines business class flight, adding to the speculation. The photos were reportedly from Nha Trang, leading to a so-called "lovestagram" until it was later clarified that it was a group trip with the show's team.Dear X team comes to support
