is one of the most loved family web shows on Indian streaming. Starring Jameel Khan, Geetanjali Kulkarni, Vaibhav Raj Gupta and Harsh Mayar, the series has had four successful seasons. And now, fans are eagerly waiting for season five to drop on OTT. In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Harsh confirmed that Gullak season 5 will return in 2026. Apart from that, the actor reacted to rumours of Vaibhav's exit from the series.

Speaking exclusively to us, Harsh broke his silence on Vaibhav's rumoured exit from
Gullak 5. "I cannot say anything about it. People know it. And I don't want to say anything because I am not allowed to. But everybody knows it."
The actor continued saying, "Everybody knows that he is not there. So, what should I say? And he is not there. And that is a very sad part. I don't know why it happened. And it is going to be very heartbreaking for everybody who watches
Gullak."

Harsh Mayar on how Gullak changed things for him
Continuing the conversation, Harsh revealed how
Gullak changed things for him, adding that it made him a household name. When the first season of
Gullak was happening, Harsh was advised against doing it as he didn't have a big part."I never knew that being a part of this show, where people were telling me you should not do it because your part is not that big in the first season. And becoming a household name and the favourite character in everybody's heart, that surprises me a lot. It happened in 2020 when the first lockdown happened. So, people started watching Gullak all of a sudden. And they started liking it," he shared.
The actor went on to reveal how people excitedly for new season of
Gullak. "And still, whenever Gullak comes, people go crazy about it. After any season drops, they start asking when the next season is coming. And we don't even know how many more seasons we will make. The freshness that is always there, that is always going to work."Are you excited about watching
