Rupali Ganguly, Sumeet Raghvan, Rajesh Kumar, JD Majethia, Deven Bhojani and Aatish Kapadia celebrated Shah’s life and his contribution to Indian entertainment by singing Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’s title song at the prayer meet.

After bidding an emotional goodbye and offering tributes, Rupali, Sumeet, Rajesh, JD, Aatish, and Deven were seen singing the title song, with other guests and family members joining in. Satish’s ailing wife, Madhu, was also humming the song as JD held the mic for her.

We gather to celebrate life and creative spirit of a man whose life has touched hearts, inspired many minds and brought beauty to the film world. Shraddhanjali Kriya Date: Monday, 27th October 2025, Venue: Jalaram Hall, Juhu (sic).” During Shah’s funeral on Sunday (October 26), JD, Aatish, Rupali, Sumeet and Rajesh paid an emotional tribute to Satish by singing the title song of Sarabhai vs Sarabhai. Sharing the video, Majethia wrote, “Sarabhai title track was a ritual for all our gathering. Satish bhai was a very good singer too and we felt this was the right tribute from team.” Satish underwent a kidney transplant a couple of months ago. As confirmed by his manager, the actor collapsed around lunchtime on Saturday. He was declared dead after reaching the hospital.
