Behen OTT Release Date: In what appears to be an exciting collab, Madhuri Dixit and Triptii Dimri are coming together for a Netflix film. On Friday, May 15, Netflix unveiled the first teaser as well as announced the release date for Maa Behen. The project was first teased during the Netflix 2026 slate announcement earlier this year. Maa Behen To Release On Netflix

Netflix marked Madhuri Dixit's birthday with a sweet surprise for fans, revealing that Maa Behen will premiere on June 4, 2026. The announcement came along with the film's first teaser, which instantly got people talking.The film is produced by Vikram Malhotra's Abundantia Entertainment in association with Opening Image Films, and will stream exclusively on Netflix. No theatrical release has been planned for the film. Anyone with a Netflix subscription will be able to watch it directly on the platform from June 4 onwards.In the teaser shared by Netflix, Madhuri and Triptii Dimri can be seen dragging a dead body inside their house. As they try to hide it, someone rings the door bell. We don't get to see who is the person on the door which instantly makes one curious. For now, fans will have to wait to more Maa Behen units to drop to know more about the entire situation.

Maa Behen Plot

The story follows a dysfunctional mother-daughter trio, Rekha, Jaya, and Sushma, who find themselves in the middle of their biggest nightmare. It all begins when Rekha, the mother, discovers a dead body in her kitchen, turning their ordinary life completely upside down.

With her two daughters, Jaya - the responsible one, and Sushma - the wild card, Rekha must think fast, lie faster, and somehow stop their nosy neighbours from finding out the truth.

Maa Behen is directed by Suresh Triveni, best known for the hit film Tumhari Sulu. The film brings together Madhuri Dixit, Triptii Dimri, and Ravi Kishan for the very first time, making it a truly exciting combination that fans have never seen on screen before.The supporting cast includes Dharna Durga and Shardul Bhardwaj, rounding out a strong ensemble. The film has been written by Suresh Triveni and Pooja Tolani, with Tolani also handling the screenplay and dialogues.
