Aftab Shivdasani Talks About His Bond With Riteish and Vivek

In an exclusive interview with Zoom, Aftab spoke candidly about his equation with his co-stars. He said, "It's just because that's the way industry is, that's the workplace, that's the culture of the workplace. Me, Riteish and Vivek are so bonded when we are on sets. Everyone will be witness and testimony to that, but we all are doing individual stuff as well. So it's very difficult to maintain that same consistency outside of the film set. We have a WhatsApp group, we chat here and there, to meet up is very difficult because of our schedules, so that's the only reason why one would not have consistent communication with people, not for any other personal reason. That's how the things have been by default, again no road map, no strategy."

Aftab Calls the Trio an ‘Interesting Mix’

Speaking further, he added, "It was a birth of the fantastic relationship between me, Riteish and Vivek. We bonded a lot on that film and Riteish was not the CM son then, he was a guy I played cricket against in South Bombay. We had a lot of cricket competitiveness between us. I met Vivek when he was shooting for Kompany his first day because Ramoji called me to the set. So it was a very interesting mix of three people who are getting together for one-of-a-kind adult comedy which had never been done before."
