Earlier on the ocassion of Ranveer Singh's birthday, the makers had dropped the film's first look. At the time, Yami re-shared the first-look video and cheered for her husband. Yami wrote, “Your tireless hard work, grit, talent, patience, and journey is nothing short of a film in itself! This teaser echoes your love for cinema and the audience. Congratulations, my love! Proud of you @adityadharfilms… Ranveer, Sanju sir, Akshaye sir, Maddy sir, and Arjun have outdone themselves.”Aditya responded with a heartfelt message: “Yami!! I truly couldn’t have done it without you. Dhurandhar lands in legal trouble
Just days before its release, Ranveer Singh’s
Dhurandhar has landed in legal trouble. The family of late Major Mohit Sharma has asked the Delhi High Court to stop the film’s release, alleging it borrows from the officer’s life and covert missions without consent. They argue this violates his posthumous personality rights and could risk exposing sensitive national security details.Although director Aditya Dhar has denied any connection to Major Sharma, the petition urges the court to bar filmmakers from portraying real martyrs without approval from both their families and the Army. With the matter to be heard next week, there are no changes in the movie's release date yet.
