Gourav and Shanaya Kapoor are currently making headlines for their recent theatrical release Tu Yaa Main (Kapoor's Bollywood debut). During an exclusive interview, the duo gave their thoughts and views around Bollywood films in the 90s, explaining their love for the era. While Adarsh revealed he has not yet watched 'too many' films from the last, Shanaya expressed that she would make her partner watch it with her, if they haven't because they 'HAVE TO'. For the unversed, Tu Yaa Main is a Bejoy Nambiar's survival thriller, which is currently competing with Shahid Kapoor and Triptii Dimri's gangster drama O Romeo at the box office.

While talking to us, Adarsh Gourav and Shanaya Kapoor gave their views on their potential partners who have not watched the classic Bollywood films. While Shanaya strongly wants her partner to sit with her as they watch the films, Adarsh Gourav does not bother if his partner has not. Further into the conversation, he revealed that he has only watched a handful since there used to be just one theatre in his city Jamshedpur. He explained, "We had only one movie theatre. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai I watched in the theatre and I was obsessed because I had a crush on Rani Mukerji as a five year old. But that is just one of the few commercial films that I got to see."
Shanaya went on to describe movie marathons as an important part of the relationship, adding that she had already done it once in the past saying, "Because this is a big side of me and it's very important to me. I have done it also in the past."Take a look at the entire interview below:

About the film
Tu Yaa Main tells the story of Maruti Kadam, aka Aala Flowpara, and Avani Shah, known as Miss Vanity, two social media influencers from completely different worlds. While Maruti comes from a modest background, Avani enjoys a privileged life. Their lives take a terrifying turn when they get stranded at an isolated hotel and face a deadly crocodile attack, forcing them to fight for survival together.
