On December 11, Gaurav Khanna celebrated his birthday. The Anupamaa actor hosted a grand party for his Bigg Boss 19 friends and colleagues. Gaurav’s closest friends, Pranit More and Mridul Tiwari, attended

the party. Amaal Mallik, Ashnoor Kaur, Abhishek Bajaj, Shehbaz Badesha and many others were also spotted. Farrhana Bhatt and Tanya Mittal gave it a miss. In an exclusive interview with Telly Talk India, Gaurav revealed whether he invited them to his birthday, given their equation inside the Bigg Boss 19 house in the last few weeks of the show.

Gaurav clarified, “Maine invite kiya tha Farrhana ko aur unka message bhi aaya ki skin doctor ke saath appointment tha toh nahi aa payi. Mere paas unka message hai. Tanya ko bhi invite kiya tha lekin koi message nahi aaya. Main aisa banda hu jisko farak nahi padta kyunki voh ek show hai aur log hazar baatein karenge. Mere mein itni maturity hai. Maine sabko invite kiya. Personally invite kiya tha.”(Translation: I had invited Farrhana and she even replied to me. She couldn’t attend the party because of an appointment with a skin doctor regarding an infection. I had invited Tanya also, but she did not reply. I am not bothered about these things. It was a show and people will say a lot of things about you. I have the maturity to understand. I invited everyone personally.)

What did Tanya say on skipping Gaurav's birthday party?

On Gaurav’s birthday, Tanya was seen at a restaurant in Mumbai. When the paparazzi asked her whether she would be attending the party, the Bigg Boss 19 finalist said, “Nahi, main nahi jaungi. Maine bohot clear kiya ki jin bhi logon ne meri beizzati ki hai…aur GK sir ne toh ye bhi bola ki main apni family chhupa rahi hu taaki mera sach saamne nahi aa jaye. Toh jab mere parivaar pe unhe bharosa nahi hai toh main waha jaakar kis baat se bharosa dila paungi.”(Translation: No, I will not go. I have made it very clear that whoever insulted me…and GK sir also said that I am hiding my family so that my truth doesn’t come out. So if they don’t trust my family, then what reason would I have to go there and try to gain their trust?)Gaurav won the Bigg Boss 19 trophy on December 7.
