Beginning May 22, the festival is screening five of David Dhawan’s most celebrated Hindi comedies across 40 venues in 25 cities throughout India.
The tribute arrives at a particularly emotional moment in the filmmaker’s career as David Dhawan prepares for the release of what is being described as his final directorial venture, Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai.
