Abrar
Qazi is coming up with a new show, Tu Hi Re Dil Mein, with co-stars Priyanshi Yadav and Simran Rawal. It is going on air from June 15 on Zee TV. Ahead of the show launch, Abrar had an exclusive interaction with Zoom/Telly Talk India, where he reacted to the ongoing Rs 370 biryani controversy, including stand-up comedian Pranit More. Abrar has also given a powerful message to the youth of India and asked them to consider women as equal human beings. Abrar has also shared green and red flags that he sees in his partner when it comes to relationships.
Abrar Qazi Reacts To Pranit More’s Rs 370 Biryani Controversy
For the unversed, Pranit More has landed in trouble after he encouraged an audience member,
Himanshu Jangra, who narrated a story about his date with a girl from whom he expected sexual favours after spending Rs 370 on chicken biryani for her. The video went viral, and netizens slammed Himanshu and Pranit for promoting rape culture on the internet. When we asked
Abrar Qazi about the same, the actor said, “I think respect shouldn’t depend on any situation, trend, or debate happening online. Every individual deserves to be treated with dignity.”
Apart from that, Abrar Qazi also gave a strong message to the young generation. He said, “My message to young boys would be simple: learn to see women as equal human beings first. Respect isn’t something you show only to your mother, sister, or partner—it’s something you show to every woman. Listen, be empathetic, and understand that strength comes from character, not from trying to dominate or belittle someone.” It has to be noted that Pranit More and Himanshu Jangra have issued an apology after Maharashtra Cyber Police filed FIRs against them.
Abrar Qazi On Green And Red Flags In His Partner
When asked his green and red flags in a partner in relationships, Abrar Qazi said, “He doesn’t like dishonesty, lack of respect for others and constant manipulation or controlling behaviour. Those are clear red flags for me. As far as the green flags are concerned, I like honest communication, kindness, empathy, loyalty and consistency. For me, trust is the foundation of any relationship. If that’s there, everything else becomes easier.” Abrar Qazi is very much clear about what he expects in his partner. Coming back to his show, Tu Hi Re Dil Mein has been creating a solid buzz amongst the masses since its announcement. Stay tuned for more updates!
