Isha shared a follower’s query on her Instagram Stories during the AMA. She replied, “Yes, I am married.” She further posted her first picture with Badshah on social media after a bunch of people requested a sneak peek at her phone’s gallery.

On March 24, Isha’s mother, Poonam Rikhi, shared multiple posts on Instagram that revealed Badshah got married to the Punjabi actress. It was an intimate affair at home with only family members and close friends in attendance.

Who is Isha Rikhi?

Born and raised in Chandigarh, Isha has been a prominent name in the Punjabi film industry. She made her Bollywood debut with Nawabzaade, produced by Remo D'Souza, which released in 2018. In Punjabi cinema, Rikhi shot to fame with films such as Jatt Boys Putt Jattan De and Happy Go Lucky. The 33-year-old is friends with popular Hindi television actress Jasmin Bhasin and actor Aly Goni. Reportedly, Badshah and Isha met at a party hosted by a mutual friend. They bonded quickly over their shared interests in music and films, which sparked their relationship. The couple has been low-key in public.

Badshah, a renowned Indian rapper and singer, was earlier married to Jasmine. They tied the knot in 2012 and were blessed with a daughter in 2017. However, they got separated in 2019. After separation, Jasmine shifted to London with their daughter, Jessamy Grace Mansih Singh. In 2024, Badshah opened up about his bond with Jessamy. The rapper also shared that he tried to save his marriage to Jasmine for their daughter, but the couple chose to part ways for the child’s sake. He said on the podcast Prakhar ke Pravachan, “We both tried everything. We tried our best and gave everything that we had. We separated because it was not healthy for our child. I get to meet my child but not that often as she lives in London.”He added that Jessamy has been to his concerts and appreciates his music, but K-pop girl group Blackpink has her loyalty.
