Sophie Turner is Lara Croft in the Prime Video series Tomb Raider. Amazon MGM Studios announced that production is underway by unveiling her first-look image. The show is based on the iconic Tomb Raider video
game franchise, which follows the adventures of world-famous archaeologist and adventurer Lara Croft. Besides Sophie, Tomb Raider also stars Sigourney Weaver, Jason Isaacs, Martin Bobb-Semple, Jack Bannon, John Heffernan, Bill Paterson, Paterson Joseph, Sasha Luss, Juliette Motamed, Celia Imrie, and August Wittgenstein. The show is produced by Story Kitchen, Crystal Dynamics, and Amazon MGM Studios. Sophie’s newly released look has excited her fans.

Dressed in a green top and black shorts, Sophie steps into the shoes of an iconic character. Reacting to her look, one commented, “OH MY GOD! SHE LOOKS PERFECT! I didn't expected they would go with a look so classic!” Another comment read, “She looks identical to the game! I was a little bit nervous because I loved Alicia Vikander as Lara, and felt Sophie is maybe too "soft", but this is a great first look and can't wait to see her in action. Great start!”
On the other hand, one wrote, “Outfit is spot on …. But sorry this is cosplay to me … wheres Lara’s signature look … her face is beautiful but this isn’t lara.” Another netizen reacted, “I’m sorry but this looks like a cosplay. I really hope this isn’t the final look.”
