The video shows how Palash led Smriti blindfolded on the DY Patil field, where he got down on one knee and asked for her hand in marriage. Smriti also received a gigantic bouquet of red roses as she accepted his offer.

As the couple cutely exchanges rings, their friends and family also make their way down to the pitch to congratulate them. Palash's sister Palak Muchhal, who is also a singer, got emotional as well. The couple has been together since 2019 and only made their relationship public last year in July. They posted a photo marking their five-year anniversary. Palash was seen cheering Smriti on at India's maiden World Cup triumph last month after they defeated South Africa at the same DY Patil stadium.Smriti and Palash are getting married on Sunday, 23 November.
