Asha Bhosle has left for her heavenly abode, but her evergreen voice will live on forever in the hearts of her fans. The legendary singer, known for timeless classics like Chura Liya Hai Tumne Jo Dil Ko, Dil Cheez Kya Hai, Yeh Mera Dil, and In Aankhon Ki Masti, passed away on Sunday (April 12) due to multiple organ failure. She had been admitted to Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital for a chest infection and severe exhaustion. On Monday, the Padma Vibhushan awardee was laid to rest with full state honours.
