As per Soompi, KOZ Entertainment confirmed the news early in the day, stating, “Due to the scaling down of the 2025 MAMA Awards, [BOYNEXTDOOR] will no longer be participating in the performance that was scheduled for today. K-Pop artists, companies donate 3.8 million won following Hong Kong fire

According to a report in AllKPop, it was announced on November 28 that CJ ENM, the company behind the 2025 MAMA Awards, had donated 3.8 billion won to the Hong Kong government’s fire relief fund. This amount, which translates to approximately $2.5 million USD or $20 million HKD, is intended to support victims of the fires, including families who have lost loved ones. The donation also highlights CJ ENM’s continued commitment to international communities, especially during times of crisis.
