Salman Khan's Maatrubhumi does not have a definite release date yet, the actor is kickstarting his next project already. Director Vamshi Paidipally's big Bollywood debut, which is being referred to as SVC 63, is going on the floors in Mumbai from April 18, 2026. The film pairs Salman and Nayanthara. The Tamil star made her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan in Jawan in 2023. Produced by Dil Raju, the untitled feature film is already raising anticipation in the industry, not just for the leading stars but also about what the subject might be.

Since the film's announcement on March 30, things have been moving smoothly on Salman's next. Paidipally took to X (formerly Twitter) to announce that the film had begun shooting. The 'muhurath' is taking place on April 18 in Mumbai. The
Maharshi filmmaker revealed that "It all begins today." Sharing a clapboard of the upcoming film, it was also shared that
SVC 63 is going to be produced by Shirish and Kuldeep Rathore. The cinematographer of the new film is Ragul D Herian.
This is not the first time Salman has worked with South directors. Earlier, he had worked with Prabhu Deva and Priyadarshan and last year with AR Murugadoss on
Sikandar.
SVC 63 will be monumental not just for Vamshi Paidipally's Hindi debut but also Salman and Nayanthara's pairing. The two stars were both cast in Chiranjeevi's
Godfather (2022); however, they did not share any scenes together. Salman and Nayanthara are both expected to be at the pooja ceremony to kick off the film. Reports reveal that a massive set has been constructed at SRPF Ground in Goregaon, Mumbai.Not much has been shared about the Hindi film except that Salman Khan will feature in a never-before-seen avatar. The untitled film is said to be an action-packed but emotional entertainer. It is expected to release in the first half of 2027.
