Several Hollywood and Bollywood films are making their OTT debuts this week beginning with the comedy sequel Freakier Friday on November 12 on JioHotstar. Starring Lindsay Lohan and Jamie Lee Curtis, the mother-daughter
duo once again swap bodies in this new film. On Netflix, the Christmas countdown starts with the Alicia Silverstone film A Merry Little Ex-Mas on November 12, and Eddie Murphy gives fans an insider look into his life with the documentary special, Being Eddie. Also on November 12 is the Amazon Prime Video action comedy Playdate, starring Kevin James and Reacher's Alan Ritchson as two stay-at-home dads who get involved in high-stakes chaos on an afternoon playdate. The Beast in Me finds Homeland star Claire Danes as a grieving parent who fixes on her neighbour (Matthew Rhys), who is the prime suspect in his wife's disappearance. The Netflix limited series premieres on November 13. The Jonas Brothers—Kevin, Joe, and Nick—have their own holiday film for Disney on November 14 titled A Very Jonas Christmas Movie. The band tries to make it back home and faces several obstacles in the Christmas film that features a cameo by Priyanka Chopra on JioHotstar. Finally, Ari Aster's Eddington, starring Joaquin Phoenix, Pedro Pascal, Austin Butler, and Emma Stone, is making its OTT debut on Netflix on November 14.
