Back in 2022, Jennifer spoke to Bollywood Bubble about her divorce from her ex-husband Karan. The actress was married to her Dill Mill Gayye co-star from 2012 to 2014 before they went their separate ways. While talking about their divorce, Jennifer had revealed how she dealt with the difficult phase of her life.

"I was so lost and confused that I didn’t know what to tell people or how to process that. I remember my friends used to force me to go out and I’m like I don’t want to go," she told the entertainment portal.The actress had also shared that a lot of her friends and people from the industry looked at her with 'sad puppy eyes' when she went to a restaurant once. While the actress was thankful for their wishes and blessings, but whenever she would go out, she would see people looking at her with sympathetic eyes. "It used to piss me off even more," she had shared.

In the same interview, the Beyhadh actress didn't solely blame her ex-husband Karan for their separation. The actress had admitted that both of them were 'not ready' to take the big step. She recalled getting along with her DMG co-star like a house on fire whenever they met. "But I think it was an unfortunate timing I guess," added Jennifer.

For the unversed, Jennifer and Karan met on the set their medical drama. Their friendship soon blossomed into love and they exchanged wedding vows. After their divorce, the latter married Bollywood actress Bipasha Basu in 2016 and they are now blessed with daughter Devi. As for Jennifer, the actress has reportedly been in a relationship with William for a while, and is apparently ready to take their bond to the next level.
