Kajol Rents Out Retail Property In Goregaon For Whopping Rs 8.6 Crore

Bollywood actress Kajol has recently leased out a Mumbai property for Rs 8.6 crore, with the monthly rent set at Rs 6.9 lakh. As per records, the deal was officially registered in November 2025. The rental

agreement is for nine years, beginning in November 2025.

Kajol rents out Mumbai property

As per Inspector General of Registration (IGR), Kajol Devgn has given a Mumbai property on rent for Rs 8.6 crore with the monthly installment as high as Rs 6.9 lakhs, starting November 2025. The documents were reviewed by Square Yards. The monthly rent is set at Rs. 6.9 lakh for the first three years, with a 15% escalation after expiry of every successive period of three years, increasing to Rs. 7.9 lakh for the next three years and Rs 9.13 lakh in the last three years of the term. Based on this structure, the total rent acquired during the lease tenure has amounted to Rs. 8.6 crore. Area of the commercial property

The commercial unit, located in Bharat Arize, Goregaon West, Mumbai, has a carpet area of 1,817 sq. ft. (~168 sq. m.) and one car parking. Goregaon is a hotspot area As per the latest update, Kajol has leased out a commercial property in Goregaon, Mumbai, for a monthly rent of ₹6.9 lakh, starting November 2025.connecte through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the suburban railway network, along with expanding metro routes that enhance daily commuting. It is strategically positioned near key business and entertainment hubs such as Andheri, Malad, and the Oshiwara District Centre (ODC).

Transaction

The deal included a stamp duty payment of Rs. 5.61 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000. The transaction includes a security deposit of Rs. 27.61 lakh. The monthly rent is set at Rs. 6.9 lakh for the first three years, with a 15% escalation after expiry of every successive period of three years, increasing to Rs. 7.9 lakh for the next three years and 9.13 lakh in the final three years of the term. Based on this structure, the total rent acquired during the lease tenure amounts to Rs. 8.6 crore. On the work front, Kajol is currently busy with her OTT show Two Much With Kajol and Twinkle, which she co-hosts alongside Twinkle Khanna.
