In a heartwarming video posted by her brother, choreographer Vijay Ganguly on Instagram, their mother Rajani Ganguly is breaking the current Shararat online trend. All of 70, Rajani Ganguly is doing the song's hook step in the company of her son, and it won't be wrong to say, she is giving equal power as Vijay to the reel. Shararat is currently the flavour of the season, taking over the parties ahead of New Year. The video in the Aditya Dhar film features Ayesha Khan and Krystle D'Souza dancing to the steps of Vijay.

The choreographer on December 23, posted the reel with his mother on his Instagram handle, and the clip has now gone viral for the sheer charm, confidence and beauty of Rajani Ganguly's performance. In the caption, he wrote, "Some ‘Shararat’ with my rockstar!" Rupali Ganguly reacted, "Mumyyyy rockstar. The best dance reel on this track"
Dhurandhar director Aditya Dhar reacted with a big smile. He wrote in comments section, "Best Best Bestttttttt." Actor Danish Pandor, who plays Uzaid Baloch in the film reacted, "So so good!! love it." Original actresses of the song, Ayesha Khan and Krystle D'Souza were also full of adulation.

Farah Khan asked, "Will she work for outside choreographers?" Tahira Kashyap and Palak Muchhal called her a "rockstar."
