Directed by Vijay Kartikeyaa, the action drama which released in cinemas on 25 December, is being praised for its stellar performances, and intense fight scenes. A day after its release, the film's lead actor Kiccha Sudeep thanked fans for their response. During the film's FDFS (first day first show), fans were seen celebrating inside cinema halls, with audience dancing and cheering during screenings. Acknowledging the reception, Kichcha Sudeep said he was overwhelmed and he didn't have enough words to express his happiness.

The film serves as a sequel to the 2024 release Max. The film's cast members include Deepshika, Shine Tom Chacko, Yogi Babu, Guru Somasundaram, Dragon Manju, Gopalkrishna Deshpande, and Nishvika Naidu.The film's Tamil and Telugu versions will release on 1 January.
