The Ekta Kapoor show, which remained in the number 1 position for a very long time, has slipped to the second position as Zee TV’s Vasudha has dethroned Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi from the top spot. In fact, Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa has also witnessed a major drop in its ratings and position. The Rajan Shahi-produced show has slipped to the fifth position.

As we all know, Rio's and Niyati’s entry in Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi 2 has sparked a big debate on social media. While some of them are criticising the casting of Akashdeep Saigal in the role of Rio since he is even a year older than his on-screen grandmother, Smriti Irani, the Ansh’s lookalike twist surprised many. Despite introducing such a big moment, the TRPs dropped miserably, as KSBKBT 2 has garnered 1.7 ratings in week 17.

Vasudha, which stars Priya Thakur, Abhishek Sharma and Parineeta Borthakur, won many hearts with its ongoing plot. In fact, the viewership has also increased for the Zee TV show. Hence, it has now secured the top position by minting 1.8 ratings.

What Is Wrong With Anupamaa?

As far as Rupali Ganguly’s Anupamaa is concerned, the show has really been struggling to keep its audience stuck to it. Due to Anupama’s constant ‘Nayi Shuruat’ track, the audience is now miffed. The character has been facing the same kinds of difficulties everywhere. Overall, the show is now being disliked by many people on social media. It looks like the makers of Anupamaa will have to bring a unique twist to the narrative to get its audience back.

Now, Anupamaa has slipped to fifth position with 1.5 ratings. The ongoing track of Prem challenging Anupama is expected to bring more exciting elements to the show.

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai and Udne Ki Aasha are on numbers 6 and 7. Kyunki 2’s spin-off, Kyunki Rishton Ke Bhi Roop Badalte Hain, is on number 8. Priyanka Chahar Choudhary’s Naagin 7 and Laughter Chefs 3 are in the 9th and 10th positions, respectively.
