According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, Rajkumar Santoshi has been signed to direct the sequel to the 2022 action film Jaat. The film's producers, People's Media Factory and Mythri, are thrilled about expanding the action-packed franchise, and they’ve secured the blessings of Sunny Deol for the project. With Gopichand Maneni, the original director of Jaat, occupied with other commitments, Santoshi has been brought on board to direct Jaat 2. According to a source who spoke with Bollywood Hungama, “The producers and Sunny Deol are confident that Rajkumar Santoshi's direction will raise the stakes even further for the sequel. Rajkumar Santoshi's whopping fees revealed
It’s been reported that Rajkumar Santoshi has been offered a substantial amount to direct the sequel. The director, known for his work on films like Ghatak, Damini, and Andaz Apna Apna, will reportedly be paid a whopping Rs. 15 crores, making it his biggest paycheck to date. The paperwork for the film is expected to be completed in the coming month.
