In October, Vijay’s team confirmed his engagement with Rashmika after dating for almost 7 years. While the couple is yet to come on record, wedding rumours are already making the rounds. According to reports, Vijay and Rashmika will be tying the knot on February 26, 2026, in Udaipur, Rajasthan. While the engagement was private, the wedding is expected to be a grand affair with leading Bollywood and Tollywood personalities attending it. Workwise, Rashmika’s previous Hindi film was Thamma with Ayushmann Khurrana and Nawazuddin Siddiqui. She is also shooting for Cocktail 2 with Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor. Animal Park, the sequel to Animal (2023), will see her returning as Geetanjali. Vijay’s last movie was Kingdom.
