Monalisa was asked what changes she wishes to see in the Bhojpuri industry, Reacting to this, the actress stated that a lot changes are already happening there. Recalling the time she did films in Bhojpuri cinema, she said that different and good movies as well as songs were made.She further added, "Bich mein ek daur (aaya) jismein thode bohot albums mein double meaning songs aane lage the. Uss vajah se I think industry ko judge karne lag gaye, bahar ki industry (wale). Vo accha nahi hai. Main vo change karna chahungi. Definitely, vo gaane nahi banne chahiye."
