Through meditation, one can not only access mental and emotional benefits but can also tackle some of their physical problems
In today’s digital world,
there are multiple ways through which one can deal with mental & emotional issues. However, nothing beats meditation. And we are not the ones making this claim. Our ancient seers knew this truth, and today, neuroscience also backs meditation.
Therefore, on this Meditation Day 2025, i.e., on December 21, the Heartfulness Institute and Shri Ram Chandra Mission have organized a global online One World One Heart meditation session, guided by none other than Rev. Daaji (Kamlesh D. Patel), a spiritual leader and author. Daaji is also the fourth in the line of Rāja yoga masters in the Sahaj Marg system of spiritual practice and the third president of Shri Chandra Mission.

Why Should You Join
For the unversed souls, meditation helps an individual deal with a wide spectrum of emotional and mental problems. In today’s fast-paced world, where almost every person deals with stress and anxiety, meditation could come in handy to reduce stressful situations and negative feelings.
Lack of attention has also become a troublesome affair for many, as the use of digital devices has increased significantly over the years. So much so that many people often watch movies or videos while having lunch or dinner, rather than having a conversation at the table with family, friends, or colleagues. Meditation helps one give complete attention to an activity and develop a positive attitude, forming a trinity.
Not to forget, meditation is known to curb depression, enhance emotional regulation, and boost self-awareness.
Physical well-being is also associated with brain function, and through meditation, blood pressure and pain perception can be reduced, whereas sleep and brain health can be elevated.
Benefits for Partners
For organizations willing to partner with Heartfulness for the cause, Heartfulness will provide partners with visibility across all its communication channels, employee well-being through meditation, free access to Heartfulness resources, and deeper collaborative wellness programs.
This World Meditation Day 2025, join the Heartfulness Institute and Shri Ram Chandra Mission & Rev. Daaji to uplift your mental health and everyone around you by spreading the word.
Be a part of One World One Heart.
