Well, don't be alarmed by the phrase dopamine hit. Dopamine medically is a chemical
messenger that resides in our brain and has many functions. When released in a large amount it releases feelings of pleasure and reward. While you can indulge in junk unhealthy eating to fell or do some of these basic easy to achieve exercises to keep the dopamine level high and feel happy always.
Walking
Hands down it is the easiest and less troublesome exercise to do. Put on your shoes and go on a light walk and with time and capacity increase your speed. For even better results, experts recommend walking barefoot as it has the same benefit as acupuncture or acupressure. The best place to that is in a park as walking on grass too is counted beneficial keep the feet cool. As you walk, with shoes or barefoot, the pressure points are activated releasing good chemicals in the body.
Tai Chi
It is atraditional martial art form from China practiced worldwide and is effective for people dealing with anxiety and depression. And it also improves immune function and increases feel-good endorphins in the body. Again, a very easy exercise to perform as it doesn?t require much strength and the movements are simply repetitive. What it requires is to focus on the movements and breathing. It is a self-healing exercise that helps alleviate energy blockages.
Laugh it out loud
More popularly known as the laugher therapy, it is psychologically proven to be a cognitive-behavioural therapy that has a direct positive effect on mental health. Not only is this, but laughing also helps in improving our immune system and reducing stress hormones thus helping people with depression too.

Exercising
It is solely on your comfort and interest. You can either do pilates, cardiovascular, aerobic exercises, or any other form of high-intensity exercise where your full core strength is required. By doing pilates about 50percent dopamine is generated in our gastrointestinal tract. This is also beneficial in improving gut health as the movements improve the circulation in the abdominal regions.
While doing cardiovascular and aerobic exercises your heart rates up as it does when you are jogging, swimming, cycling, or brisk walking. In fact, a fun activity like dancing and a calming job like gardening is effective in increasing the dopamine levels in the body reducing anxiety.
So just go all out in terms of physical activities that you are comfortable with and find rather in your reach and do them. By taking activity of your own choice, the interest will be high and so will be the effect of it.
