bags or is found in pastry shops. Eating a rainbow suggests eating foods that come in a variety of colors as part of your daily meal to gain maximum nutrition. That means, just eating greens would not be enough.
You have to fill your plate with reds, purples, yellows, blues, and all the other colors in a rainbow besides just the greens. A rainbow of vegetables and fruits would help you benefit, as you will be taking in a healthy amount of fiber, minerals, and vitamins.

Red Foods
