Panorama Studios and Nivin Pauly seal historic ₹100 crore multi-film deal

In a landmark move that signals growing cross-industry collaborations, Panorama Studios has announced a historic partnership with Malayalam actor and producer Nivin Pauly. Under this collaboration, the two powerhouses have sealed a ₹100 crore multi-film deal to produce a diverse slate of Malayalam feature films.

Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak will produce the films for Panorama Studios, with Nivin Pauly serving as the producer. This collaboration represents one of the most significant financial investments by a Bollywood production studio in regional Malayalam cinema in recent years.

With a cumulative budget of ₹100 crore, the partnership is set to produce several films, showcasing the high production value and scale that Panorama Studios intends to bring to the Malayalam industry.

"This collaboration is our way of investing in meaningful cinema at scale and building long-term creative partnerships in the South," said Kumar Mangat Pathak, Chairman of Panorama Studios.

Nivin Pauly, known for his choice of scripts, expressed his excitement, stating, "This collaboration with Panorama Studios is extremely exciting for me, both as an actor and as a producer."

“Their vision, scale, and commitment to quality cinema align perfectly with the kind of stories I want to be part of. Together, we aim to create films that are rooted, entertaining, and impactful,” he added, as reported by Pinkvilla.

The multi-film slate will cover different genres, blending content-driven storylines with mainstream appeal, and will target audiences in both India and other worldwide markets.

This partnership is expected to strengthen Panorama Studios' presence in the southern film industry, particularly Malayalam cinema.

The studio's career began with the award-winning Omkara and has since delivered box-office hits such as Pyaar Ka Punchnama 1 & 2, Drishyam 1 & 2, Raid 1 & 2, and Shaitaan. Additionally, Drishyam 3 is now in production.
