What is the story about?
Singer-songwriter Anuv Jain has announced his first world tour, titled 'Dastakhat', which will begin with a 10-city India leg in January 2026. The tour, produced by Team Innovation and TribeVibe Entertainment, marks Jain’s largest live project so far and follows his previous outings, 'Dastakein' (2021) and 'Guldasta' (2023).
The India schedule will start in Delhi NCR on January 16, 2026, and is set to travel through major cities including Ahmedabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Indore, Mumbai, Jaipur and Bengaluru, concluding on February 22. After the domestic leg, the tour will expand to 23 international cities across Australia, North America, the UK and Europe, and the Middle East through 2026 and 2027. This will be Jain’s first full-scale global tour.
In a statement, Jain said the tour represents the next phase of a journey that began with his debut shows four years ago. "This tour isn’t just a series of performances; it’s an embrace — of where I come from, and where this music will go next," he said.
Producers said the scale of the tour reflects the growing reach of independent Indian music. Mohit Bijlani, founder of Team Innovation, said Jain’s progression "from intimate, heartfelt performances to sold-out arenas has been nothing short of inspiring." Shoven Shah, founder and CEO of TribeVibe Entertainment, described Jain as "a defining force in contemporary Indian music" and said the tour aims to deepen the connection between the artist and his audience.
Tickets for the India leg will open with a pre-sale for HSBC credit and debit cardholders from November 22 to November 24, followed by general sales on November 24 at 2 pm on BookMyShow. Student ticket categories, starting at ₹999, will be available across all cities.
