In her first post since his passing, she described the late actor as ‘everything’ to her, remembering him as a loving husband and devoted father to their daughters Esha and Ahaana.
“He was many things to me. Loving Husband, adoring Father of our two girls, Esha & Ahaana, Friend, Philosopher, Guide, Poet, my ‘go to’ person in all times of need - in fact, he was everything to me! And always has been through good times and bad," she wrote in a note.
She added that Dharmendra endeared himself to her entire family with his warmth and friendly nature, always showing affection and interest in each of them.
Despite his superstar status, she remembered him as always approachable and grounded. She wrote, “His talent, his humility in spite of his popularity, and his universal appeal set him apart as a unique icon unequalled among all the legends,” adding that his enduring fame and achievements in the film industry will last forever.
