A new poster of the upcoming film Border 2 has been released by T-Series and JP Films, giving fans a glimpse of the high-octane action drama and revealing the teaser's release date. The poster features
an ensemble cast, including Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, and Ahan Shetty. Fans can catch a first look at the action-packed sequences and patriotic spirit in the teaser.
Border 2 is slated for a worldwide release on January 23, 2026, strategically timed ahead of a long 4-day weekend leading up to Republic Day on January 26, which is a Monday.

The poster has already received positive responses from social media users, generating excitement ahead of the teaser launch.
One commented, "This poster screams intensity! Teaser on Vijay Diwas is the perfect tribute. January 2026 is going to be MASSIVE."

Earlier, the makers released separate posters for Diljit Dosanjh and Ahan Shetty. The film is directed by Anurag Singh, who has earlier helmed Punjab 1984, Jatt & Juliet, Kesari, and Dil Bole Hadippa!, and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, JP Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta.
The film also stars Medha Rana, Mona Singh and Sonam Bajwa in pivotal roles.
Border 2 is a sequel to the 1997 Border film, which originally starred Sunny Deol, along with Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, and Akshaye Khanna.
The original film was directed by JP Dutta, which showed a story from the 1971 India-Pakistan war. The film was a major hit at the box office and became the highest-grossing Hindi film of that year.
