The makers of Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past have unveiled its first screamer just days before its release. The screamer, a short, intense video for a horror film designed to shock audiences, was released on Wednesday, June 3, offering viewers a chilling glimpse into the supernatural thriller. The one-minute 28-second clip introduces audiences to a dark, mysterious world set in an abandoned mansion.
The video opens with visuals of the mansion, with a murder of crows circling it, then shows a bird turning into a man, setting the tone for what’s to come. Packed with eerie visuals and tense emotional moments, the teaser aims to build a strong sense of fear and suspense throughout. One of the standout moments featured a skeleton-like figure, hinting at the terrifying force at the centre of the story.
The horror film will also have high-speed nighttime car chases, mysterious encounters and characters trapped in a nightmare-like scene. The horror film stars Mimoh Chakraborty in the lead role alongside Chetna Pande, Shruti Prakash, Gaurav Bajpai, Praneet Bhatt and Hemant Pandey. The film is being presented by Anand Pandit in association with Promoedge Media Pvt Ltd.
Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past is directed by Vikram Bhatt and produced by Anand Pandit and Rakesh Juneja. The film is co-produced by Roopa Pandit, Dilip Jaiswal, Rahul V. Dubey, Manish Bhushan Mishra and Sanjay Singh. Worldwide distribution is being handled by Anand Pandit Motion Pictures. The film will release in cinemas on June 12, 2026, in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
Speaking about Haunted 3D, Bhatt, as quoted by Bollywood Hungama, said, “The best horror stories are never really about ghosts. They are about emotions that refuse to die. Haunted 3D: Echoes Of The Past is a story of love, loss, obsession and the scars we carry from the past.”
He continued, “With this film, I wanted to revisit the kind of atmospheric, musical horror that audiences connected with in films like Raaz, 1920 and Haunted, while creating a bigger and more immersive experience for a new generation.”
