The Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in Mumbai celebrated its three-year anniversary on April 3. The event, hosted by founder Nita Ambani, witnessed a gathering of several Bollywood actors and prominent artists.
"When we started NMACC, we made a promise to bring the best of India to the world, and to get the best of the world to India," Nita Ambani said on the occasion.
"We are trying our best to live up to that promise and shine the spotlight on Indian artists and artisans on the global stage," she added.
Ambani expressed gratitude on the centre completing "three glorious years" and thanked for support to showcasing India's heritage and culture.
"In our Indian culture, the number three is very auspicious. We have Trimoorti — Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh, and Tridevi — Saraswati, Lakshmi and Kaali, and Triveni — Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati," she remarked.
