Dhurandhar trailer out: Ranveer Singh's spy action-thriller set for December 5 release

Ranveer Singh is all set for the release of his upcoming spy action-thriller Dhurandhar, which is scheduled to hit theatres on December 5.

Directed by the URI filmmaker, Aditya Dhar, the film has already generated massive buzz ahead of its release. Featuring a star-studded cast, including Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Arjun Rampal, Sara Arjun, and R Madhavan, Dhurandhar promises action, drama, and big-screen spectacle.

Ahead of its grand release, the makers are leaving no stone unturned in keeping the excitement among fans alive. Adding to the buzz, the makers have now unveiled the trailer of the film, and fans now can’t wait to watch it in theatres.

Inspired by Incredible True Events, the four-minute-long trailer begins with Arjun Rampal's introduction as Major Iqbal, an ISI member.

The key characters are then introduced one by one, including R Madhavan as Ajay Sanyal from the Indian Intelligence, Akshaye Khanna as Rehman Dakait and Sanjay Dutt as SP Chaudhary Aslam. In between, we see Ranveer Singh, his relationship with Sara Arjun, and a fair amount of violence and adrenaline.


The trailer has generated immense excitement, with netizens praising Singh's fierce new avatar and the high-octane action sequences.

Ahead of the trailer release, the makers released Ranveer Singh's character poster. In a post on X on Tuesday, Ranveer shared the poster introducing himself as the "wrath of God."

A day earlier, the actor also shared Khanna's intense look from the film, referring to him as the "apex predator."

Written and directed by Aditya Dhar, the film is all set to release in theatres on December 5. Although the plot of the film is unknown at this time, it is speculated that Ranveer would portray an undercover spy. Reportedly, the upcoming film will show the bravery of India's special agents in Pakistan.
