Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri trailer out: Kartik Aaryan-Ananya Panday back with a witty rom-com

After the success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, Kartik Aaryan returns with his latest project, Tu Meri Main Tera, Main Tera Tu Meri. The romantic comedy reunites Kartik with Ananya Panday, after their successful collaboration in Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019).

After winning hearts with its teaser and chart-topping songs, Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri unveils its much-anticipated trailer.

Set against a stunning Croatian backdrop, the trailer highlights high-production musical sequences and picturesque international locations. The festive rom-com promises a perfect mix of love, laughter, emotion, and chaos.

The 3-minute and 21-second trailer begins with a light-hearted meeting during a vacation where the leads clash over different ideologies before falling in love. The second half of the trailer hints at emotional chaos, heartbreak, and the challenges of balancing modern love with traditional family expectations.

The trailer concludes with a poignant monologue about the nature of failed relationships where Aaryan's character, Ray, says, "Stories, anecdotes, talk and lore... these are all marks of failed love. (Hindi original: "Kisse, kahaaniyan, charche, dastaan... adhure ishq ke hi hote hain).”

The film is presented as a festive romantic comedy that blends classic Bollywood ‘old style’ romance with modern, youthful energy. It follows the story of Ray, a loveable and carefree young guy and Rumi, a writer, navigating love, heartbreak, and togetherness, promising a light-hearted yet emotionally charged experience.

Directed by Sameer Vidwans, the film explores modern relationships with warmth and humour, featuring Jackie Shroff and Neena Gupta in pivotal roles.

Written by Karan Shrikant Sharma, the film is produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Shareen Mantri Kedia, Kishor Arora, and Bhumika Tewari under Dharma Productions and Namah Pictures.

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri is all set to hit theatres on December 25.
