According to videos circulating on social media, fans gathered for the film’s first-day-first-show were seen cheering loudly, throwing confetti and performing aarti inside the theatre. During Prabhas’ entry scene, some fans were also seen shooting arrows and lighting torches in front of the screen.
The situation escalated when one of the flames caught fire near the screen area. While a few people attempted to extinguish it, the blaze spread momentarily, prompting several members of the audience to rush out of the hall in panic. Clips from inside the theatre quickly went viral online.
Despite the chaos, no injuries were recorded in the incident.
