Upcoming December movie releases: Dhurandhar, Ikkis, Mere Raho and Avatar: Fire and Ash

Bollywood is preparing for an exciting lineup of films that offer everything from intense action to profound drama as December 2025 draws near. The Great Indian Kitchen remake, Dhurandhar, Rambo, Mysaa, and Kirik Party Remake are among the films scheduled for this month.

Other important films include the romance Mere Raho, the spy thriller Alpha starring Alia Bhatt, the patriotic drama Ikkis, and Dhurandhar, starring Ranveer Singh and Sanjay Dutt.

Dhurandhar (December 5)

Dhurandhar centres around Ajit Doval, India's spymaster, who goes undercover in hostile territory, risking everything to gather intelligence and avert a major disaster, thereby establishing his legacy as the James Bond of India. The cast includes Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, Madhavan, Arjun Rampal, and Akshaye Khanna.

Mere Raho (December 12)

Aamir Khan Productions' love drama

Mere Raho, starring Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi, will be released on December 12. The film, which was produced by Mansoor Khan and directed by Sunil Pandey, was shot in Japan and serves as a significant turning point in Junaid Khan's career. The movie was originally titled Ek Din and was scheduled for release on November 7.

Avatar: Fire and Ash (December 19)

The ultimate cinematic experience and spectacle expands even farther with Avatar: Fire and Ash. Following a significant defeat, Jake Sully and Neytiri must deal with a brand-new, frightening force on Pandora. The movie will be screened in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada at theatres across India and the United States.

Durlabh Prasad Ki Doosri Shadi (December 19)

Produced under the banner of Eka Entertainment, the Siddhant Raj Singh directorial film tells the story of a son who wishes to set up his widowed father's second marriage. The cast of Durlabh Prasad Ki Doosri Shaadi

includes Sanjay Mishra, Shrikant Verma, Palak Lalwani, Praveen Singh Sisodiya, and Mahima Chaudhary.

Ikkis (December 25)


Ikkis, directed by Dinesh Vijan and produced by Maddock Films, is based on the life of Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal, the youngest recipient of the Param Vir Chakra. Featuring Agastya Nanda, Dharmendra, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Ekavali Khanna, the primary story point is Arun Khetarpal’s sacrifice during the Indo-Pak War in 1971.

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri (December 31)

Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera Tu Meri, a romantic comedy starring Kartik Aaryan and Ananya Panday, will be released on December 31. The film, produced by Dharma Productions and directed by Sameer Vidwans, promises festive appeal, spectacular visuals, lively chemistry, and poignant narrative.

Karmaanya, Rise of the Demigod (December 31)

The plot, set in the enigmatic forest of Aranyam, centres on a prince who, during a conflict between two ancient tribes, discovers his real origins and inheritance. It is characterised as an epic story of sacrifice, retribution, and the emergence of a reluctant hero. The Tinnu Verma-directed film features Prateek Jain in the lead role.
