'Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shadi' Teaser Out: Sanjay Mishra-Mahima Chaudhry in fun couple mode

Remember when videos of Mahima Chaudhry and Sanjay Mishra dressed in wedding attire made headlines? Well, that was a promotional stunt for their upcoming romantic comedy, Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shadi.

Now, the makers of Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shadi have shared a teaser. And it is packed with humour, warmth and nostalgia.

Sharing the teaser on Instagram, the makers wrote, "Shaadi No. 2! Durlabh Prasad is ready for his ‘Second Innings,’ are you? #DPDSTeaser Out Now!"

The clip showcases the effortless

chemistry between Mahima Chaudhry and Sanjay Mishra. It opens with Durlabh Prasad humorously praying for a well-educated, beautiful artist as a second wife, and Mahima Chaudhary's character enters his life moments later.

In a fun exchange, Mishra's character says, "Hum ladke wale hain… maa ko khud hi aa kar mujhe dekhna padega! (We are the groom's side... the mother will have to come and see me herself!).”

The clip then features the energetic track Arey Babuji Karne Chale Hai Biyah. It concludes with Durlabh Prasad's remarks that the woman he is meant to marry looks just like Mahima Chaudhary.

Directed by Siddhant Raj Singh, Durlabh Prasad Ki Dusri Shadi is produced by Ekansh Bachchan and Harsha Bachchan, with Ramit Thakur as co-producer. The film stars Mahima Chaudhry, Sanjay Mishra, Vyom Yadav, Pallak Lalwani, Pravin Singh Sisodia, Navni Prihar and Shrikant Verma.

The movie is set to release in theatres on December 19. With its light-hearted tone and entertaining storyline, the upcoming film seems set to connect with the audience.
