Veteran Bollywood actor Govinda's wife, Sunita Ahuja, has reportedly signed a contract for her debut Hindi film under Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Motion Pictures. She will shoot for 20 days, according to reports.
At 58 years old, Sunita is stepping into acting. Her role and the plot of the movie are still under wraps.
Govinda rose to prominence in the 1990s and early 2000s, but Sunita stayed away from the limelight and in the shadow of Govinda, whom she married in 1987.

Govinda recently claimed that the rumours were a "big conspiracy." The actor stated that after being silent for months, he felt forced to speak out about the matter since remaining silent may be seen as weakness or guilt.
“What I've been observing recently is that sometimes when we don't speak, we either appear weak or it seems like we are simply the problem. So today, I'm responding,” he told ANI.
“I was told that my family members might be unknowingly involved and they will not realise they are being used in the initial stages of a big conspiracy,” Govinda added.
The Raja Babu actor went on to say that Sunita frequently worries about him declining gigs, but she may not be aware of how she is being drawn into the ‘conspiracy.’
Govinda also talked passionately about his children and family, adding that he ‘sks God to clear out any ‘misunderstanding’ so that he won't feel "suffocated.’
