What's Happening?
A comprehensive ethnographic research project spanning four years is being conducted at an educational institution to improve curriculum materials and teaching strategies. The project involves nine teachers and 32 observers with diverse expertise, who are tasked with observing lessons at the Eureka Leuven school. The observers are required to examine lessons both within and outside their areas of expertise, providing a multifaceted view of the educational strategies employed. The project aims to transfer effective strategies to other schools by understanding the specific educational approaches from multiple perspectives.
