GST Collections Rise
Reports indicated that India's Gross Goods and Service Tax (GST) collections experienced a notable upturn in January. The collections surged by 6.2%, surpassing
₹1.93 lakh crore. This figure represented an eight-month peak, pointing towards increased economic activity and improved tax compliance. Net GST Revenue
Along with the positive gross GST collections, the net GST revenues for January were recorded at ₹1.71 lakh crore.
